Dr. Rikst Attema, ND, MSc is a Naturopathic Physician who has been working at the Centre since its opening in 2011. Dr. Jenna Waddy, ND joined the Centre in 2017 and has been an invaluable addition to the practitioner team. Dr. Tonia Winchester, ND is an experienced naturopath who joined the practice in 2023 is enjoying supporting the lovely Cowichan Valley community. Dr. Tonia Winchester is currently accepting new patients.
Dr. Attema, Waddy and Winchester provide Naturopathic Care for the entire family. Naturopathic medicine uses safe natural treatments including nutritional guidance and supplementation, herbs, IV therapy, physical medicine, and more that are incorporated into a treatment plan tailored to the individual.
