Milk Boosting Cookie Recipe

When Mamas are trying to boost or maintain their breast milk supply there are several options for them to achieve greater supply; They can consult a lactation expert, they can pump after nursing and nurse more frequently, and they can brew cups of Rumina’s Abundance, our very own certified organic herbal tea crafted to support milk production.

We turned to Kaya Samantha of Cowichan Doula for more milk boosting options and she did not disappoint! Kaya shared with us this lactation cookie recipe that she makes for her doula clients and we are very excited to try them out!

The following is Kaya’s recipe that contains supply-boosting powers in each mood-lifting bite.
